Responsibilities

• Represents the bank in a courteous and professional manner.
• Furnishes prompt, efficient and accurate service in processing transactions.
• Prepares teller window to be organized and ready to serve customers at opening.
• Maintains security by locking drawers and guarding cash.
• Balances teller window and completes daily balancing with supervisor.
• Accepts deposits, cashes checks, and processes payments with accuracy.
• Handles wire transfers, currency exchanges, and monetary instruments per procedure.
• Responds to customer inquiries in a friendly professional manner.
