Job summary

The role emphasizes strong vigilance, knowledge of shortage areas, and effective communication with the Manager on Duty. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and analyze business trends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance and greet customers warmly to promote security.
• Monitor entrances/exits and high-risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty.
• Provide training support on shortage reduction programs and safety practices.
