Job summary

Capital Vacations is hiring licensed Vacation Ownership Sales Representatives to join our Cocoa Beach frontline sales team. You’ll meet with qualified guests visiting our Cocoa Beach resort, deliver engaging ownership presentations, build value, overcome objections, and close sales.

Join one of the company’s top-performing teams with strong leadership and proven sales culture. Earn up to 18% commission with weekly payouts and monthly performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Previous commission-based sales experience
• Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Professional appearance with exceptional customer service
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Qualifications

Required

• Active Florida Real Estate License (or the ability to obtain your Florida Real Estate License within your first 90 days of employment)
• Previous commission-based sales experience
• Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Professional appearance with exceptional customer service
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Preferred

• Vacation ownership or timeshare sales experience
• Frontline vacation ownership sales experience
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
