Job summary

Capital Vacations is hiring licensed Vacation Ownership Sales Representatives to join our Cocoa Beach frontline sales team. You’ll meet with qualified guests visiting our Cocoa Beach resort, deliver engaging ownership presentations, build value, overcome objections, and close sales.

Qualifications

Active Florida Real Estate License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
Previous commission-based sales experience
Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills
Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Professional appearance with exceptional customer service
Ability to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
