Capital Vacations is seeking an In-House Marketing Representative to engage with owners, members, and resort guests on-property and introduce them to Capital Vacations while inviting qualified guests to Owner Update or Vacation Ownership Sales Presentation.

You will build rapport, generate qualified tours, and educate guests on the benefits of ownership, with performance-driven compensation and ongoing coaching. This role offers growth opportunities across Florida and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing and professional personality.
