Reporting to the Director, HR, you will set baseline goals, monitor ROI, and guide teams to achieve staffing objectives.

The role emphasizes strategic recruitment, compliance with laws, and data-driven decision making to build a strong applicant pipeline across the business unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from four year college required.
• Seven years in recruiting with leadership experience.
• Experience recruiting in transportation, hospitality, manufacturing or food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment productivity for hourly production roles.
• Serve as liaison with staffing vendors and business partners.
• Set and track baseline goals and measure ROI.
• Guide recruitment teams to meet goals.
• Develop methods to source internal and external talent.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
