Job summary

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, multi-channel sourcing, interviews, ATS management, and market benchmarking to support workforce planning and high performance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of progressively responsible recruiting experience.
• Experience in corporate/in-house recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law.
• Proficiency with ATS (Workday) and sourcing tools.
• Analytical skills to use data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job posting and candidate sourcing to final selection and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define core competencies, position requirements, and success metrics for all open roles.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews via phone, video, and in-person to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural alignment.
• Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
• Advise leadership on market trends, salary benchmarking, and candidate availability to remain competitive.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and learning analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies on retention and performance.
