HCA Florida North Florida Hospital in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Frontline Recruiter to design innovative sourcing programs and cultivate a robust frontline pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of high-caliber talent across our multi-location network.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle from posting and sourcing to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to define core competencies and success metrics.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of progressive recruiting experience, preferably in-house.
• Results‑driven with the ability to manage high‑volume recruitment priorities.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and workforce planning frameworks.
• Experience with ATS (Workday) and advanced sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi‑channel sourcing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool (social media, networking, referrals).
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting and sourcing to final selection and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define core competencies, position requirements, and success metrics for all open roles.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews via phone, video, and in‑person to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain and optimize the ATS to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
• Advise leadership on market trends, salary benchmarking, and candidate availability to stay competitive.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and learning analytics to evaluate hiring strategies on retention and performance.
