Job summary

UF Health Jacksonville seeks an experienced Physician Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians and APPs in Northeast Florida. You will partner with College of Medicine and administrative teams to implement targeted strategies supporting new site development and workforce planning.

This role emphasizes a data-driven, high-touch candidate experience and close collaboration with stakeholders to build a premier medical workforce for UF Health's growing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field required (HR/Marketing/BA).
• Certification within Physician & Provider Recruitment within 1 year of hire/transfer.
• 3+ years' experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Preferred: prior physician/provider recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for physicians and APPs across UF Health Northeast Florida.
• Partner with College of Medicine departments and stakeholders to execute targeted recruitment strategies.
• Develop centralized, data-driven recruitment model while delivering high-touch candidate experiences.
