STAR Physical Therapy is seeking a Part-time Patient Care Coordinator in Franklin/Westhaven to deliver outstanding customer service and handle essential administrative tasks. You will be the first voice and face for patients, guiding them through visits and coordinating with staff and providers.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, 1+ year medical office receptionist experience, and familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years medical office receptionist experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records; Raintree knowledge a plus.
• Understanding of Medical Insurance Verification & Authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in the clinic.
• Serve as first point of contact for patients and visitors.
• Maintain orderly treatment, reception, and storage areas.
• Communicate effectively with staff, physician offices, patients, and insurers.
