STAR Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to facilitate healthcare delivery through customer service, administrative tasks, and assisting with patient care. As the first voice and face of STAR, you’ll ensure a smooth daily flow by coordinating with patients, physicians, and insurance companies.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year’ medical office receptionist experience, is proficient with Microsoft Office, and familiar with Electronic Medical Records such as Raintree.

Qualifications

• 1+ years medical office receptionist experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with EMR software such as Raintree.
• Understanding of medical insurance verification and authorization.

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice and face of STAR, ensuring excellent front-desk service.
• Coordinate with patients, physicians, and insurance companies to maintain smooth clinic operations.
