Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day package sortation, manage a staff, and ensure safety and compliance with FedEx policies and regulations at our Wisconsin facility.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, performance management, and driving key metrics while maintaining the Safety Above All culture. You will address customer service issues as needed and support training for new staff. 3:00am–9:00am shifts; ability to lift up to 50 lbs required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Six months experience in a fast-paced environment or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff including hiring, coaching, training, recognition and performance management.
• Organize and direct day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage employees for safe, efficient sortation of packages.
