Job summary

The role emphasizes leading a team, coaching, training, and driving safety initiatives while maintaining productive operations and strong communication with the linehaul team and other departments.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in a fast-paced environment (package handler, retail, hospitality, fulfillment center, warehouse, dock).
• In lieu of experience, certification or Associate's Degree or 2+ years of college course work toward a degree.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and staff scheduling.
• Hire, coach, train, and evaluate staff; address employee concerns.
• Ensure safe and efficient package sortation and compliant processes.
• Plan, organize, and control daily operations; manage trailers with linehaul coordination.
• Mentor and develop junior supervisors and staff.
