Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and staff scheduling to ensure safe, efficient sortation.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize, and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations; manage trailers with linehaul as applicable.
• Analyze performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute action plans.
• Mentor new and less-experienced Operations Supervisors and communicate updates to the team.
