Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Alternative: associate degree or 2+ years of college toward a degree.
• Minimum six months experience in a related role (e.g., packaging, warehouse, or supervisory).
• Ability to lead a team, coach and provide performance feedback.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Commitment to FedEx Safety Above All culture and policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and assigned staff to ensure safe and efficient sortation of packages.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize, and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement actions.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates to the team.
• Ensure compliance with FXG policies and safety training requirements.
• Mentor and develop less-experienced supervisors and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education
