Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certification or 2+ years of college toward a degree acceptable in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient package sortation through staff management.
• Hire, coach, train, and evaluate performance; address employee concerns.
• Plan and direct day-to-day operations and staffing.
• Assign and manage staff to ensure safety and efficiency; track trailers as applicable.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates to groups.
• Ensure compliance with FXG policies and safety programs.
• Train new employees on job duties and safety expectations.
• Mentor less-experienced supervisors to develop key skills.
• Adapt to change and maintain professionalism during shifts.
