The role includes coaching staff, leading meetings, maintaining safety programs, and resolving issues with a focus on efficiency and quality. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Champion FedEx Safety Above All culture and initiatives.
• Manage hiring, coaching, training and performance reviews.
• Plan, organize and direct day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage staff for safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Analyze performance and drive improvements to key metrics.
• Lead daily meetings to communicate goals and updates.
• Develop and implement safety and employee relations strategies.
• Train new employees on duties and FXG policies and safety procedures.
• Mentor junior Operations Supervisors and adapt to change.
