• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, and recognize staff performance.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct, and control day-to-day operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assign and manage staff for safe and efficient sortation of packages.
• Lead meetings and communicate operational updates and goals.
• Develop and implement safety and employee relations strategies.
• Respond to customer service issues and ensure compliance with policies.
