Lyft is seeking an Operations Associate for its Flexdrive program in Phoenix. You will provide in-person customer service at Flexdrive facilities, support the Express Drive rental process, and ensure vehicles and licenses are ready for Lyft drivers to use.

The role relies on teamwork, proactive problem solving, and a strong service mindset to help drivers succeed in Phoenix. Your responsibilities include processing arrivals, vehicle prep, inspections, and daily rental operations while upholding

Qualifications

• 1+ year of in-person customer service experience (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-identification and de-escalation abilities.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, 'make it happen' mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the car rental process through Express Drive, check-in, and returns.
• Prepare Flexdrive rental vehicles for Lyft drivers, including fueling, cleaning, and installing telematics.
• Manage vehicle lot organization, transportation, and daily rental ops.
• Flag issues to the Operations Lead and partners; support program challenges.
• Build trust and work cross-functionally to meet team goals and Lyft standards.
• Represent the Lyft brand as an ambassador while delivering high-service levels.
