Job summary

Lyft is seeking an Operations Associate at its Flexdrive facility in Wheat Ridge, CO. You will assist customers through the Express Drive rental process, prepare vehicles, and maintain the rental operations daily.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and teamwork. On-site responsibilities include vehicle prep, lot management, and driving brand goodwill at the facility.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of in-person customer service experience
• Familiarity with the Wheat Ridge area
• Impeccable customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent, clear verbal and written communication skills
• Patience, problem-identifying and solving, de-escalation, teamwork, and self-governance

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the car rental process, including Express Drive support, Arrival/Check-In, driver assignment, and rental returns
• Prepare rental vehicles for drivers (fueling, cleaning, telematics, license plates, inspections, and compliance documents)
• Manage vehicle lot organization, transportation, and daily rental operations
• Flag vehicle issues and program challenges to the Operations Lead and partners
• Build trust and work with others to achieve team goals and uphold Flexdrive’s service standards
• Be an ambassador for the Lyft brand and take initiative to contribute to team success
