The LPSS collaborates with loss prevention, store leaders, and law enforcement to deter theft and resolve incidents. Position is Regular, Part-Time, On-Site with pay range listed below. Training may be provided and strong communication skills are essential for daily reporting and customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a retail and/or security environment.

Responsibilities

• Guard store entrances and deter theft and vandalism.
• Patrol store to monitor security and report incidents.
• Interact with customers and staff, de-escalate conflicts, and assist LP personnel and law enforcement as needed.
• Prepare daily summaries of incidents and activities.
