Job summary

Marshalls at the USA Marshalls Store 1252 in San Jose, CA is hiring for a Loss Prevention role. The associate will deter theft, maintain front-of-store operations, and support store safety while delivering courteous customer service.

You will wear a company uniform with a Body Worn Camera, greet customers, and collaborate with store management and LP to protect the brand and ensure a safe shopping environment.

• Must be able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional presence at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a complete Company uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and show courtesy and respect.
• Answer customer questions by directing them to management or customer service.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform closing safety sweeps with a manager.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
