Marshalls at 1081 Vann Drive, Jackson, TN, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking a Loss Prevention associate for a frontline role at Marshalls Store 0477. The position emphasizes acting as a visual deterrent, wearing a Body Worn Camera, and supporting store teams to safeguard customers and the company brand.

You will greet customers, maintain a professional presence at the front of the store, respond to requests, and report suspicious activity.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years retail or security experience.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Wear a complete Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Respond to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with a member of management.
• Adhere to all Company Policy and Procedure.
• Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management.
