Job summary

Marshalls is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to support store management and deter theft at the front of the store. You will wear a body worn camera, greet customers, and refer questions to management while maintaining safety and brand standards.

The role requires 0–2 years in retail or security, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods. This position offers opportunities to grow within TJX’s global network.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper stance at the front of the store.

• Wear a Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers with courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents.
