Job summary

Marshalls at TJX Companies seeks a front-of-store Loss Prevention role in Doraville, GA. The position focuses on visual deterrence, safety, and customer service, wearing a body worn camera while supporting store management and LP teams.

You will maintain store security, respond to requests, report incidents, and perform routine safety sweeps to protect people and merchandise. Training provided; benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss and dishonesty.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a complete Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers with courtesy and respect.
• Position yourself at the front of the store or in a department.
• Refer customer requests to store management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
