Job summary

Marshalls, part of TJX Companies, is seeking a team member to support Loss Prevention while ensuring a positive customer shopping experience. The role emphasizes remaining at the front of the store, acting as a deterrent, wearing a Body Worn Camera, and coordinating with store management to maintain safety and brand protection.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, good judgment, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Sound decision making skills.
• Ability to take initiative and perform well independently.
• Prioritizes/organizes workload and manages time effectively.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• 0-2 years retail or security experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional front-of-store stance.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss and wear a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and provide courteous service.
• Direct customers to management or customer service as needed.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with a manager.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
