Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking team members to support store safety and customer service. The role includes acting as a deterrent to theft, wearing a Body Worn Camera, and assisting customers while partnering with store teams and Loss Prevention.

You will help maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment and uphold company policies. Candidates should have 0–2 years in retail or security, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years retail or security experience.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Wear a Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and assist by directing to management or service.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with a manager.
