The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring for a Loss Prevention-related role at Marshalls in Covington, WA. You will support store management and LP by acting as a visual deterrent, wearing a body-worn camera, and maintaining a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

You will greet customers, follow the Store Emergency Response Guide, and collaborate with teams to protect the brand while documenting incidents and performing other duties as assigned. This position emphasizes safety and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss and wear a body-worn camera.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Greet customers and respond to requests; refer to management when needed.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management; adhere to policies.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management; perform other duties as assigned.
