• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high‑risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers with a warm, confident, energetic demeanor and maintain a professional appearance.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and safety procedures.
