Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience including library or retail.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Combination of relevant education and relevant experience accepted.
• Preferred: at least three years of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Knowledge of integrated library systems software (e.g., Polaris).
• Bilingual – Spanish speaking preferred.
