Qualifications

• Familiar with Microsoft Intune for device management.
• On-site or desktop support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, first-level support for end-user hardware and IT needs.
• Set up, deploy, refresh, and relocate desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot common hardware issues (power, display, connectivity).
• Manage walk-up requests, log and resolve tickets, escalating complex issues.
• Contribute to device lifecycle management by staging, imaging, and decommissioning equipment.
