Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
• Troubleshoot and resolve workstation, software, peripheral, and network connectivity issues
• Set up and configure new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
• Assist with onboarding new employees at client sites
• Log and document support tickets, resolutions, and client interactions
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members with clear documentation
• Assist with hardware and software inventory management
• Support Microsoft 365 users with account, email, and application issues
• Participate in infrastructure projects alongside senior technical staff
