Job summary

Altior Healthcare seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite and remote technical support across multiple offices. You will handle workstation setup, account administration, onboarding/offboarding, hardware deployment, and basic network troubleshooting.

The role demands strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to assist non-technical users in a fast-paced environment across several sites. Industry experience in healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Capable of onboarding/offboarding, device deployment, and inventory management.
• Proven ability to assist non-technical users in a fast-paced setting.
• Healthcare or regulated environments experience preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for end users across multiple locations.
• Support onboarding and offboarding: account provisioning, access changes, device deployment, asset recovery.
• Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Perform OS reloads, imaging, software install, and endpoint setup.
• Create and manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Manage security groups, shared mailboxes, and permissions.
• Maintain inventory records for IT assets.
• Install and support printers, docking stations, monitors, etc.
• Troubleshoot basic network and WiFi connectivity.
• Coordinate with engineers/vendors for escalated support and infrastructure work.
• Support deployment and maintenance of endpoint management and remote monitoring tools.
• Assist with hardware procurement, receiving, staging, deployment coordination.
• Travel to locations as needed to support users and initiatives.
• Provide training to end-users on IT tools and best practices.
