Qualifications

• Frontline IT support experience or strong helpdesk orientation.
• Comfort with Windows OS, Microsoft 365 apps, and end-user computing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and other channels.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and access issues.
• Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related gear.
• Document incidents, steps taken, and resolutions in support systems.
• Follow IT procedures, security protocols, and best practices.
• Escalate complex issues with thorough documentation.
• Assist associates with varying technology needs professionally.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to resolve issues.
• Continue building technical knowledge through training and mentorship.
