Job summary

Computacenter (UK) Ltd seeks a Customer Engineer to deliver hardware, software, and network support to internal and external customers. You will troubleshoot, stage, configure equipment, and resolve tickets to ensure timely service delivery.

Based at client sites in New York, you will image PC devices, manage assets, set up desks, and deploy end-user infrastructure while coordinating small teams and documenting work to comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT Support Service environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform IT work at customer sites to meet business requirements and support IMAC activities.
• Image PC devices, asset & inventory management, desk setups, relocations, and end-user deployments.
• Coordinate small teams delivering basic work packages per company processes.
• Document and report work to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Escalate issues per processes to meet customer demands.
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure a consistent experience.
• Adapt quickly to dynamic team environments to maintain effective contribution.
