Job summary

• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and drive loyalty.
• Train and mentor Associates on frontline operations and policies.
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks for optimal frontline coverage.
• Maintain cash controls, including change fund, and ensure accurate transactions.
• Adhere to labor laws and store policies; uphold safety and merchandising standards.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support other duties as assigned in a fast-paced retail environment.
