Responsibilities

• Promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and drive loyalty.
• Train and mentor Associates on frontline policies, procedures, and cash handling.
• Assist with register operations and money handling.
• Maintain cash controls and ensure compliance with labor and safety policies.
• Coordinate breaks and assign registers to optimize frontline coverage.
• Uphold merchandising and store standards and assist with stock/clearance tasks.
