Job summary

10Beauty seeks a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to be the frontline hero for customers and a foundational member of the Customer Team. This in-person role based at Burlington, MA office will involve evening/weekend rotation and focus on building support resources, resolving issues across calls and channels, and maintaining excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role.
• Experience with HubSpot (calls, emails, tickets) or similar platforms.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability for evening and weekend support shifts on a rotating basis.
• Strong inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and HubSpot.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls with friendly, timely support.
• Resolve account questions, app navigation help, and general product questions.
• Document calls, emails, and tickets in HubSpot for traceability.
• Participate in an evening and weekend support rotation.
• Track inventory and keep customer locations supplied.
• Contribute to supply chain forecasting related to customer product needs.
• Develop and refine the customer support knowledge base and SOPs.
• Coordinate launch supply chain logistics and training materials for new products.
