You will build knowledge bases, refine support scripts, and collaborate across product, engineering, and sales to improve the customer journey. The position involves evening and weekend shifts on a rotating schedule and equity/benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer support, preferably in a consumer-facing or software startup.
• Experience handling calls with a warm, professional phone manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar support platforms.
• Strong inventory management abilities.
• Calm, empathetic problem-solving with frustrated customers.
• Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts on a rotating basis.
• Genuine passion for helping people and creating positive experiences.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for inquiries by phone, email, and HubSpot.
• Answer calls and perform outbound follow-ups with professionalism.
• Resolve a wide range of issues including account questions and product help.
• Assist with scheduling inquiries and provide clear solutions.
• Document interactions in HubSpot for traceability.
• Participate in rotating evening and weekend support shifts.
• Track inventory and contribute to forecasting for customer needs.
• Develop and maintain the customer support knowledge base and SOPs.
• Support training materials and product rollout logistics.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to relay feedback.
