Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without reasonable accommodations.
• Experience as a coordinator or previous retail/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a highly satisfied customer experience and loyalty.
• Trains and mentors associates on frontline execution and policies.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for optimal coverage.
• Maintains cash controls and audits paperwork.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and merchandising standards on the frontline.
• Executes company directives and loss prevention policies.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly.
