Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact on day one for drivers, claimants, adverse parties, law enforcement, witnesses, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify cases with early resolution potential and escalate when needed.
• Stay updated on industry changes, policy updates, regulations, and processing techniques.
• Document safety events accurately and timely for financial impact and regulatory compliance.
• Locate and preserve litigation-sensitive evidence and review videos and data.
• Coordinate drug/alcohol testing, medical treatment initiation, and escalation protocols.
• Provide guidance to employees during initial event reporting and arrange resources.
