Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to maintain composure, empathy, and patience in challenging situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for drivers, claimants, adverse parties, law enforcement, witnesses, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely event reporting and information exchange.
• Identify cases with early resolution potential to reduce escalation, attorney involvement, and overall claim exposure.
• Stay current with industry changes, policy updates, regulations, and claims processing methods to ensure compliant, informed decisions.
• Document safety events timely and completely, assessing impact on financial performance and regulatory ratings.
• Locate, preserve, and secure litigation-sensitive evidence including GPS data, onboard video, and third-party surveillance.
