Primary responsibilities include fielding calls, coordinating initial claim assessments, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage exposure

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center, ideally within Insurance industry.
• Strong communication with empathy and patience in difficult situations.
• Ability to analyze information, identify missing data, and decide next steps.
• Capable of accurate, timely documentation with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Field and process all calls, emails, and notifications to create a records of events and assess initial exposure.
• Assess collected information, identify gaps, and determine actions to mitigate exposure while complying with laws.
• Document safety events and their financial impact on business units and regulatory metrics.
• Coordinate with claimants, adjusters, and legal teams to facilitate resolutions and transparency.
• Identify events with potential exposure and pursue early resolution within authorities.
• Support claims examiners with ongoing investigative efforts.
• Assist in litigation preservation by collecting relevant data and evidence.
• Participate in training to stay updated on industry changes and policies.
• Provide feedback to improve information capture and efficiency.
• Assist others with workarounds and solutions.
