Qualifications

• Familiarity with claim processing concepts and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact on day one for drivers, claimants, and other parties.
• Identify cases with early resolution potential to reduce escalation and costs.
• Document safety events and their impact on financial performance and DOT rating.
• Coordinate with investigators and legal teams to support resolution.
• Determine need for independent field adjusters based on loss facts.
• Maintain clear communication to advance timely resolutions during investigations.
