Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers as a knowledgeable, responsive contact for loan questions.
• Coordinate loan workflow from initial requests through closing and post-closing activities.
• Prepare loan input worksheets and review loan documents for accuracy.
• Support loan closings and post-closing activities including lien perfection and UCC filings.
• Maintain organized customer and loan files according to procedures and retention rules.
• Collaborate with the Business Banking team to provide timely support.
