Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma, 2 years in loan operations or processing, and 2 years of customer service. Strong communication, attention to detail, and basic MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of loan operations, loan processing, or loan department experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management with ability to prioritize workload.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers as a knowledgeable point of contact for loan-related questions and requests.
• Collaborate with Ag and Commercial Lenders, Credit Analysts, Loan Operations, and customers to gather financial information for efficient lending.
• Coordinate loan workflow from initial requests through closing and post-closing activities including title work, flood determinations, appraisals, and UCC searches.
• Prepare loan input worksheets, order and review loan documents, and ensure alignment with approved terms.
• Support loan closings and post-closing activities including lien perfection, UCC filings, disbursements, wires, and fees.
