You will work with loan officers, analysts, and operations staff to gather information, maintain strong communication, and uphold Minnwest’s commitment to customer-first service. Expect a collaborative, professional team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of loan operations, loan processing, or loan department experience.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers as a knowledgeable point of contact for loan questions.
• Coordinate loan workflow from initial request to closing and post-closing activities.
• Prepare loan input worksheets and review loan documents for terms.
• Support loan closings, lien perfection, UCC filings, and disbursements.
• Maintain organized customer and loan files per procedures and retention rules.
• Assist with loan checklists and servicing needs.
• Collaborate with the Business Banking team to ensure timely, accurate support.
