You will collaborate across the Business Banking team to identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate products and services, while maintaining organized files and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in loan operations, processing, or loan department.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service as a knowledgeable point of contact for loan questions.
• Coordinate loan workflow from initial request through closing and post-closing.
• Maintain accurate loan files and support timely documentation and processing.
• Assist team to connect customers with bank products meeting needs.
• Collaborate across the Business Banking team to ensure a smooth experience.
