Job summary

Minnwest Bank is seeking an Advanced Business Banking Associate to deliver a knockout customer experience on the front line. You will liaise with bankers, analysts, and operations to move loans smoothly and professionally.

You will gather loan details, guide customers through processes, and act as the voice of the customer for service improvements while staying optimistic and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 2 years of customer service experience in a banking environment.
• 2 years of loan operations, processing, or department experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Anticipating customer needs with follow-through.
• Problem solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution.
• Adaptability, flexibility and openness to feedback.
• Teamwork and Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and help customers directly or via proper channels.
• Collaborate with Ag or Commercial Bankers, Credit Analysts, and customers.
• Receive and initiate loan workflows for proposed loans.
• Coordinate with Loan Operations Specialists for fast, error-free processes.
• Order title work, flood determinations, appraisals, and UCC searches as needed.
• Complete loan input worksheets and loan document packages.
• Validate write-ups and obtain approvals.
• Perfect liens for mortgages and UCC filings.
• Process advances, wires, and fees after loan closing.
• Organize and maintain customer files according to procedures.
• Image and file loan documents; process checklists.
• Maintain line ticklers in Sageworks; monitor aging.
• Assist with construction draws and identify system issues.
