Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Provide stellar customer service.
• Communicate effectively with customers and other employees.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive checks and cash for deposits, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Cash checks and pay out money after verification of signatures and balances.
• Enter customers' transactions into computer and issue receipts.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers at all touchpoints.
• Order cash daily and balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawer.
